This was a simple prototype to show company executives the account creation flow of a new, white-label product.

Applicant Prowess / Post-a-job marketplace

Posting a job to multiple job boards.

This was a small prototype to show how an employer might select multiple marketplaces to post their job advertisement.

After choosing their marketplaces, it leads them to a screen to suggest the 'best' scenario, in turn receiving the most applications and giving the highest candidate reach.

ipply / App Demo (on-screen recording)

A video walk-through of the ipply app.

Ipply was created to be a free applicant tracking system for anyone who posted their job ads to craigslist (or any other popular job hosting platform).

It included the ability to create customizable qualifying questions that would be automated to be sent to the applicant after they had applied to the posting.

Jobs2Careers / Sign-in & account creation

A new profile creation feature for Jobs2Careers.

Jobs2Careers wanted to become more of a destinationa for jobseekers, so they needed to overhaul and add the ability for users to create profiles.

This is an example of the added feature along with confirmation emails.

Jobs2Careers / Affinity mapping session

New dashboard for client success managers.

With an old and frail admin dashboard starting to show its age and faults, I held an affinity mapping session with the client success team.

This helped them express their opinions, frustrations, and ideas to help make their job easier and more efficient.

Talroo / Hiring Events

A new product for hiring events.

With a mobile first approach, I designed a small prototype to show how the user would 'unlock' the hiring event by providing their contact details.

Jobs2Careers / Website redesign (desktop)

Adding color and personality to a job board.

With the need to update their websites aesthetics after several years, I designed a minimal version of their prior website look.

With a more minimal approach, it increased the ability of the user to focus on things we wanted them to pay attention to.

On Demand Talent / Post-a-job workflow (screen recording)

This video was created to show off the website, on demand talent product, and work flow.

The video was submitted for a Top HR Product of the year award.

Jobs2Careers / Legacy Dashboard Project

Understanding and auditing the legacy dashboard.

With the need to enhance performance and usability, we needed to do an audit of the platform.

I decided to print the various screens and modals and pieced together a large poster to put on the wall. I color coded the various functions to help show the flow of the system.

Talroo / Connect (chat and apply)

A new chat feature for recruiters.

After partnering with Brazen, Talroo wanted to take advantage of their chat and apply software.

After collaborating with the product team, this small prototype was made quickly.
