Talroo / Hiring Platform

Talroo is a data-driven programmatic job platform that has a proprietary partner network for targeting candidates.

I was given the responsibility to manage Talroo's large scale brand transition, establish brand guidelines, and shape the overall visual direction. The switch from Jobs2Careers to Talroo helped to reposition the company as a B2B business, which would allow them to seek more enterprise clients.

After doing competition research in the programmatic advertising space, the chosen color palette allowed the brand to stand out from competitors. This allowed Talroo to look appealing to clients looking for a new, fresh company in the recruiting world.

3D printing made easy for beginners.

When creating the polytracer brand, I wanted it to appeal to anyone interested in 3D printing.

With a goal of informing and educating future users about their machines and how to 3D model, I wanted to establish a brand that could become a leader in the 3D printing community.

An innovative and free, mobile applicant tracking system.

Being the head of creative, I established the brand identity for ipply along with visual direction. The inspiration for ipply's brand identity was by one of its core functions. Ipply connects to your mailbox and syncs any new candidates that have applied to existing craigslist job advertisements you have posted.

On Demand Talent / Hiring Platform

A co-branded hiring platform from Jobs2Careers.

On Demand Talent(ODT) was a transitional brand for Jobs2Careers to Talroo. The brand identity was designed to match the new product dashboards graphs. Real-time analytics and graphs were a core feature for the new platform.

By featuring an upward sweeping graph in the logo, it helped to inform the recruiting audience that this would be a tool to help them hire candidates quickly. The logo would go on to be used on swag, conference booths, videos, web, ads, and software products.

Mighty Bean / Coffee Lounge

A faux coffee lounge created for a Talroo commercial.

With the scene of a job seeker entering a coffee shop, we wanted to film within the Talroo office. To do this, we needed to transform the Talroo lunch room. I created multiple custom window vinyls, and stickers to add to cups and aprons for the shoot.

The logo design and color palette are inspired by the way milk is layered within a cappuccino or a latté.

Clarity / Analytics Dashboard

A potential brand for Jobs2Careers.

Clarity and the brand identity that go along with it, were one of several combinations used to pitch to executives for their new anlaytics dashboard.

The overlapping shapes that create the A are used to symbolize a form of a venn diagram. The simple typography and graph symbol help to symbolize that Clarity was a modern analytics dashboard product.

Prophecy / Prediction Engine

A software product with a proprietary marketplace that can predict supply and demand.

Jobs2Careers wanted to slightly pivot away from their core business, and move to predictive analytics for recruiting. I worked with executives through several branding workshops over the course of a month, and they decided on this version for the brand.

The logo symbol was created to look like a prophetic, all-seeing eye. To create the all-seeing eye logo, I combined a pie chart within a gradient circle, to appear as an iris. Surrounding that are some small shapes, that when combined with future products, could form a unique combined badge.
